Step 1: Diagnose

Step 2: Treat

We use a combination of these advanced manual therapy techniques to relieve your symptoms:

  • Joint manipulation

  • Active release technique

Step 3: Cure

Together with your practitioner you will create short, medium and long-term goals for recoveryassisted by video-recorded corrective exercises, as well as lifestyle, posture and ergonomics advice.

This can also be aided by a diet, sleep and exercise plan

It usually takes between 4-12 visits to fix most problems. If you need extra help, you will be referred for imaging such as MRI, ultrasound or X-ray centre, back to your GP or onto a medical consultant.
